Robert Emlyn boasts over 25 years of experience in business development and management spanning various industries. His career is marked by a consistent track record of business success.  In 2009, he established Antares Project Services, focusing on hydroelectric engineering projects and commercial developments. Following the sale of Antares in 2014, Robert remained as President for three years, facilitating its continued growth. In 2018, he launched Innovate Phytotechnologies Inc, demonstrating his exceptional skill in identifying potential opportunities by building a state-of-the-art lab facility that specializes in contract research and intellectual property development and analytical services.

Anna Nesterchuk brings over 8 years of experience in Corporate Development for reporting issuers and publicly traded companies across various sectors. She has worked as a Corporate Manager with issuers and has expertise taking companies through the listing process. Ms. Nesterchuk earned a bachelor’s degree in law from Ternopil National Economic University, Ukraine (2008) and successfully completed CSC at Canadian Securities Institute (2014).

Joanna Zheng is a detail-oriented CPA with 9 years of experience in Public Practice, Audits, Financial Reporting, Controllership, and FP&A. She has acted as Financial Controller for 13 companies, managed an $80 million multi-year clinical system transformation budget, and implemented accounting systems and internal controls for multiple dental clinics and retail shops. Joanna's expertise in IFRS and ASPE, along with her meticulous approach, ensures accurate financial reporting and effective financial management.

Dr. Mehrbod Estaki, a postdoctoral fellow at the Knight Lab, University of California San Diego, is making waves in the field of gut-brain axis research. With a background in Kinesiology and a personal journey overcoming Ulcerative Colitis, Dr. Estaki's work focuses on unraveling the mysteries of Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) and the microbiome. With expertise in faecal transplant methods, community ecology, and bioinformatics, his contributions have led to groundbreaking insights. With over 35 published articles and a passion for pushing the boundaries of scientific knowledge, Dr. Estaki is shaping the future of gut health research.

Dr. Jacek Usakiewicz has over 20 years of industrial experience in biotechnology. He developed broad scientific expertise in drug design, assay development, protein and natural products chemistry at several Canadian and US companies including MDS Protana, Perkin Elmer and Neurocrine Bioscience. His research has developed numerous mass spectrometry based methods and applications. He holds a M.Sc. and Ph.D. in organic chemistry from University of Wroclaw, Poland and conducted postdoctoral research at the National Research Council of Canada. He is an author of over 40 peer-review publications and 12 international patent applications.

Lukman Sarker holds a master’s degree in Plant Molecular Biology from UBC, with expertise in analytical chemistry. Lukman Sarker is an expert in generating genomic databases to answer important information about plant science. He started his career as a professional microbiologist in Bill and Melinda Gates vaccine development program in Bangladesh and more recently been a Graduate Researcher and Teaching Assistant at UBC. Lukmans expertise is in combining molecular biology techniques and plant tissue culture methods to understand plant metabolic pathways – a key research approach.
